Unfollow Monday was invented by Patrick Gilmore of Stargate Universe as an amusing follow-up to Follow Friday.

The fans took it one step further and organised a secret mass unfollow of Patrick which included fellow crew/cast members and even Patrick’s brother!!

While he did discover the secret unfollow before the event it was quite amusing & @imwebgurl will periodically organise Unfollow Mondays of Stargate cast and crew.
